My name is Timothy Adams.
The Law Office of Timothy Adams, PLLC specializes in criminal defense, civil rights, and personal injury law.
I was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. Upon graduating high school, I attended Jackson State University, and ultimately earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. After seven years as a police officer, I relocated to Houston, Texas where I began law school at Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Upon graduating and passing the Texas Bar Examination, I began working as an Assistant District Attorney at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston.
During my time as an Assistant District Attorney, I managed misdemeanor and felony cases, with the majority of my career spent handling civil rights cases. My love for the law is what inspired me to open The Law Office of Timothy Adams, PLLC, where I vow to ensure my clients receive justice for all!

Hello, my name is Sylvia Harmon, and I am an associate attorney at the Law Office of Timothy Adams. I am a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law here in Houston, and I specialize in criminal defense.
Before attending law school, I graduated from McMurry University with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. Throughout my academic career, I have been a staunch advocate for civil rights and criminal justice reform. My passion for equality and fairness under the law is what pushed me towards becoming an attorney, and it is what inspired me to join the world of criminal defense. I believe that every person in our justice system deserves to have their rights and freedoms protected, and I am determined to give our clients the zealous representation that they deserve!
